As StructSolve continues to grow, I want to take a moment to recognize the hard work, dedication, and excellence displayed by our team. This year, we introduced five core awards that will be given annually to honor those who have gone above and beyond in their roles. These awards represent our commitment to excellence, leadership, and the values that drive StructSolve forward.
StructSolve Greatest of The Year Award
Winner: Logan Aldinger
This award is given to the person who has demonstrated outstanding performance, team spirit, and unwavering commitment to the mission of StructSolve. Logan has consistently set the standard for excellence, embodying the core values that make this company what it is today. Whether handling administrative responsibilities, ensuring projects stay on track, or bringing positivity and dedication to the office every day, Logan is a cornerstone of our team. His ability to balance efficiency with a great attitude has made him an invaluable part of StructSolve. His loyalty to the mission and his commitment to seeing things through, even in challenging times, have been nothing short of exceptional. Logan brings an energy to the team that elevates those around him, making StructSolve a better place for everyone.
StructSolve Engineer of the Year Award
Winner: Travis Sprenger
This award is given to the engineer who has exemplified professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Travis has continuously demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate, making a significant impact on the success of our projects. From problem-solving on complex structural issues to supporting the team with his knowledge and experience, Travis has been a guiding force in our engineering operations. His ability to mentor and encourage others while maintaining a high standard of work is what makes him truly deserving of this award. Beyond his technical skill, he has an ability to inspire confidence in both clients and colleagues, ensuring that StructSolve remains at the forefront of quality engineering solutions. His enthusiasm for problem-solving and dedication to his craft set a high standard for everyone around him.
StructSolve Salesman of the Year Award
Winners: Jayce Pedro & Jake Escher
This award is presented to the project representatives who have shown exceptional client relations, responsibility ownership, and outstanding sales performance. Jayce and Jake have consistently gone above and beyond in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. Their ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions has been instrumental in StructSolve’s success. They have each demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and an unparalleled drive to push the company forward, proving that strong relationships and strategic thinking are the key to long-term success. Their hustle and commitment to delivering the best possible service to clients have been unmatched. Jayce’s ability to bring an infectious energy into everything he does, and Jake’s unwavering ability to problem-solve under pressure, have helped to drive StructSolve’s success. Their combined efforts have been instrumental in making StructSolve what it is today.
StructSolve Admin of the Year Award
Winner: Gina Johnson
This award recognizes the individual who has shown incredible dedication to accuracy, organization, and supporting the company's daily operations. Gina's attention to detail and work ethic have been critical in maintaining StructSolve’s efficiency and excellence. From keeping records in perfect order to ensuring that every administrative task is handled with precision, Gina’s contributions make a real difference in how smoothly StructSolve operates. Her ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and solve problems quickly has been a tremendous asset to the team. Gina is the backbone of StructSolve’s administrative operations, bringing a level of organization and professionalism that keeps the company moving forward. Her commitment to integrity and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, has set the standard for excellence in administration.
StructSolve Rookie of the Year Award
Winner: Jim Goebel
This award is given to the newest team member who has demonstrated rapid growth, a strong work ethic, and immense potential for future contributions. Jim has quickly integrated into the team, bringing valuable insights and a commitment to success that sets him apart. His ability to take on new challenges, contribute meaningful solutions, and work seamlessly with both clients and colleagues has made his presence in the company incredibly impactful. He has shown that even in a short time, dedication and a willingness to learn can make a lasting mark on the company’s success. Jim’s confidence, work ethic, and ability to handle complex engineering challenges with ease have been an incredible asset to StructSolve. His ability to step into tough situations and find solutions has already made him one of the team’s most valuable assets, and his future with StructSolve looks bright.
