At StructSolve, I am constantly working to improve how we serve our clients, streamline our processes, and grow in ways that make a real impact. Over the past month, I have made significant strides—refining our services, expanding our reach, and reinforcing the foundation of what we do. Now, I want to share some of the latest updates that will make working with StructSolve even easier, more reliable, and more accessible.

One of the biggest additions to our service lineup is our FHA Compliance Report for Manufactured and Mobile Homes. This is our most affordable observation and report service, designed to help homeowners, lenders, and real estate professionals ensure that a home meets FHA lender requirements. A home’s foundation and structural integrity are crucial for FHA, HUD, and VA financing approvals, and this service delivers a fast, PE-backed evaluation covering foundation compliance, structural stability, anchoring systems, skirting, ventilation, and any modifications or additions to ensure they do not compromise the structure. With a flat-fee pricing model and a streamlined reporting process, this service eliminates unnecessary complexity, getting straight to what FHA lenders need to approve financing. Another major milestone for StructSolve is that we are now officially Google Guaranteed. I worked for over a year to get us through this process, and it is a direct result of securing professional liability insurance, which we covered in our last update. Being Google Guaranteed means we have passed Google's strict background checks, and our services are now backed by their $2,000 satisfaction guarantee. This gives our clients an added layer of confidence when choosing StructSolve. We have also made a significant investment in Local Service Ads, ensuring that we are appearing at the top of Google searches. Expect to see our name more frequently as we work to dominate our service area and bring in more clients than ever before. This means more opportunities, greater visibility, and a stronger industry presence.

As part of my ongoing commitment to clarity and consistency, I have been updating our Service Handbook to ensure that every service we offer is well-documented and accessible. This includes refining service descriptions, pricing structures, and deliverables, making it easier for our team and our clients to understand exactly what we provide. This internal effort ensures we maintain high standards and a clear, structured approach to our offerings.

Recently, we held our 2024 StructSolve Awards to recognize the incredible contributions of our team. The dedication and hard work of our employees have been instrumental in our success, and it is important to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond. The awards highlighted the leadership, commitment, and teamwork that make StructSolve what it is today. A strong company culture is just as critical as operational efficiency, and I will continue to invest in recognizing and supporting our team members.

StructSolve has also seen an expansion in the scope of our projects. We have taken on major engineering work, including retaining wall designs, addition drawings, and fire damage assessments, further solidifying our reputation for handling complex structural challenges. The diversity of our project portfolio is growing, and we are proving that we can handle anything from small-scale residential evaluations to large commercial structural solutions. This increase in project variety strengthens our capabilities and broadens our market reach.

With growth comes the need for refinement. I have been actively improving our internal workflows, particularly in Observation & Reports and Design Services, to ensure that we are handling the increasing volume efficiently while maintaining the high quality of work that StructSolve is known for. Refining our processes means better turnaround times, smoother project execution, and an overall improved experience for our clients. As we continue to scale, ensuring that we have solid, repeatable processes in place will be a key focus.

Looking ahead, I am focusing on the next phase of StructSolve’s evolution. This includes expanding our team to increase our engineering capacity and ensuring that our client relationships remain strong. A major goal for this year is ensuring that our operations remain scalable and manageable as we continue to grow. Most importantly, I need to hyper-focus on supporting Travis and getting operations under control again. The pace of our expansion has been exciting, but we need to ensure we maintain a level of structure and organization that keeps everything running smoothly.

Through all of this, our motto remains the same—Founded on Truth. The reason we have made it this far is because we rally together, adapt, and get things done as a team. That same mindset is what will keep StructSolve moving forward. Let’s keep building.
