2025 StructSolve Greatest Administrator of the Year
“There is no greater administrator than one who understands the weaknesses of it's executive leadership, of which no one is more well aware than Gina.”
2025 StructSolve Greatest Administrator of the Year
Awarded to: Gina Johnson
StructSolve Engineering is honored to recognize Gina Johnson for extraordinary service and leadership in 2025. In a company built on precision, deadlines, and trust, it is easy to focus attention on deliverables that leave the office in the form of drawings, calculations, and stamped reports. The reality of a healthy engineering firm, however, depends just as much on the behind-the-scenes execution that keeps the business stable, compliant, and dependable. Gina has carried that responsibility with uncommon diligence, consistency, and heart.
Gina joined StructSolve within the first four months of our company’s launch in March of 2024, arriving during a period when every process was still being formed and every week brought new operational demands. She stepped into an environment that required initiative and ownership, then built a rhythm and standard of reliability that has become foundational to how we operate. StructSolve’s ability to serve clients and grow responsibly has been strengthened by Gina’s steady administrative leadership.
At the center of Gina’s impact is her accountability in the responsibilities that, when done correctly, are often invisible, and when missed, can threaten a company’s ability to function. Gina has not missed a single payroll payment. That fact alone reflects discipline, consistency, and care for the people who depend on the business to operate with integrity. Beyond payroll execution, she has carried the weight of critical administrative functions that require technical accuracy and sustained attention: managing taxes, coordinating office document retention, and supporting daily execution as a direct assistant to the President. These responsibilities demand more than organization; they demand judgment, discretion, and the ability to keep priorities aligned even when circumstances shift.
Gina’s administrative contribution also reflects a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement. She has created operational and financial reporting through Kyrios, providing visibility and structure that supports better decision-making. She has also maintained self-tracked commission reporting for the company, adding another layer of reliability to how the organization measures performance and compensation. These are the types of details that many companies attempt to solve with scattered spreadsheets and best intentions. Gina solved them through disciplined follow-through, and the organization is stronger because of it.
Her commitment to StructSolve often shows up through practical service that goes beyond a traditional job description. At one point, Gina even cleaned the office carpet using her other carpet-cleaning business, taking personal initiative to improve the work environment and uphold the standard of care that she brings to the entire office. That story captures something important about her: she sees needs, she responds, and she does so without fanfare.
Gina’s personal character has also shaped the culture of our workplace in a meaningful way. She is tenderhearted, kind, and genuinely pleasant to be around. Her diligence is paired with a consistent sweetness and a level of care that people notice quickly. She supports the mission with seriousness, while bringing calm and warmth to the office environment. That combination is rare, and it has made her presence a stabilizing force in our day-to-day operations.
There are also details about Gina’s life that reveal the depth of her discipline and the kind of person she is beyond the office. As a parent, she has raised boys who are among the most well-behaved children I have known, which reflects the same consistency and attentiveness she brings to her work. She spent last year living alongside the Amish while raising chickens, and during that season of life, she continued to handle her responsibilities and maintained payroll reliability. That anecdote is lighthearted on the surface, but it points to something substantial: Gina brings steadiness and responsibility into every environment she is part of.
Strong administration is not passive support. Strong administration anticipates what leadership will miss, reinforces what leadership is building, and protects the company from avoidable failures. Gina has done this with professionalism and discernment.
As a company, we recognize that many administrators in organizations are assigned the role of tracking projects or following up on details. Gina’s work has been more foundational than that. She has carried essential responsibilities that support the company’s existence itself. StructSolve would not be operating as it does today without her. Our ability to pay our people on time, maintain administrative compliance, keep records organized, and sustain consistent operational rhythm has been strengthened directly by Gina’s daily discipline.
Gina has also become one of my favorite people to see in the office. Her presence is encouraging, her work is dependable, and her commitment to the team is clear. In a fast-moving environment, it matters when someone shows up with a stable spirit and a strong work ethic day after day. Gina has done that consistently since she joined, and her contribution continues to compound as the company grows.
StructSolve Engineering is grateful for Gina Johnson’s service, her diligence, her personal investment in our mission, and the operational excellence she brings to the organization. Recognition is meaningful when it highlights the standards that define who we are and where we are going. Gina has helped define those standards for StructSolve.
Gina, thank you for your consistency, your loyalty, and the care you bring to this company. We are stronger because you are here, and we are proud to recognize your contribution in 2025.
