StructSolve Engineering is seeking a motivated and professional Project Representative to serve as the face of our client relationships. In this role, you’ll engage directly with homeowners, realtors, and industry stakeholders to understand project needs, recommend the correct engineering service, and guide clients from consultation to project completion.
Project Representatives are central to StructSolve’s mission of delivering exceptional engineering solutions with Truth, Integrity, Impartiality, and Super Service. You’ll help ensure every client has a smooth, transparent, and trust-building experience while also driving sales growth for the company.
Your Responsibilities
Meet with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate StructSolve services.
Collaborate with the administrative team to gather project details, pricing, and deliverables.
Proactively reach out to potential clients and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
Finalize sales and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Conduct regular outreach and maintain relationships with realtors and other industry stakeholders.
Track all client interactions, consultations, and follow-ups using Kyrios (StructSolve’s internal system).
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, client engagement targets, and conversion rates.
Represent StructSolve with professionalism in all client interactions and community settings.

You are personable, persuasive, and thrive in client-facing environments. You balance sales acumen with integrity, ensuring clients feel confident in choosing StructSolve.
Experience in sales, business development, or client relations (B2B or B2C).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Knowledge of residential or commercial construction/engineering services a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward quotas.
Reliable, organized, and able to track client activity accurately.
Professional presence and commitment to business-casual attire when meeting with clients.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
What You’ll Get
Compensation: 12% commission on total project sales, calculated on final invoiced amounts.
Performance-based bonuses may be available at management’s discretion.
Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel (per management policy).
Flexibility to hold a second job, provided it is not in direct competition with StructSolve (outside work must be disclosed and approved).

What to Expect
Standard availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Expected to work primarily remote with scheduled in-office presence.
Some in-person client and realtor meetings required.
Must log work hours and activities in Kyrios.
Independent Contractor (1099) status; at-will agreement with two weeks’ written notice required for termination by either party.
